Why does my order take so long?

Most, if not all, items from SOTMD are made-to-order. We do not keep many items in stock due to the changing of seasons and styles. The TAT can vary depending on in stock or out of stock materials from suppliers that can change at any given time, and the speed and efficiency of the postal systems.

How do I start a refund or exchange of an item?

Before emailing us, please make sure that you ordered the correct item from the website. If you received an incorrect order, email southofthe_masondixon@yahoo.com with your order number and if you are wanting a refund or an exchange of your product. Return & exchange policies are listed on the website.

Do you ship to Canada? 

At this time, we do not. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What do I do if my order says “delivered” but I haven’t received it yet?

Contact your local post office or UPS center. Typically postal systems will hit delivered before the packages are delivered, so wait at least 24 hours to see if your package shows up. Once your package has left SOTMD, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

My package/item is damaged. What do I do?

Send us an email as soon as you notice the damage with a picture and your order number. In order to receive an exchange for a damaged product, you must send back the damaged product. If no return is received, you will not receive an exchange. NO exceptions.
